Submission Process

Each troupe is allowed to have one show screened for the Georgia Thespian Conference each year. Our goal is to provide conference attendees with a variety of theatre genres, styles, themes, and scales. Here’s how to apply for an opportunity to have your show featured in one of our ThesCon performance venues:

1. Complete and Submit Your Screening Application:

• Each troupe can submit one screening application for one production.

• Complete the application and submit.

2. Submit Your Payment:​

• Acceptable forms of payment are school or booster club checks, money orders, and credit cards (via PayPal portal).

All screening application materials & payment must be received by Georgia Thespians before the deadline or before the number of accepted applications reaches 50. All applying schools will be notified of the screening results in December. Please refer to the calendar and deadlines for specific dates.
