The Show Ticket Selection Window will open on Sunday, January 10, 2027 at 5:00 PM. 

An individualized access code will be delivered to each Troupe Director via email no later than December 31, 2026. The Troupe Director must have this access code in order to select tickets.

Show ticketing will be live from Sunday, January 10, 2027, at 5:00 PM and will be available through Tuesday, January 12, 2027, at 5:00 PM. Any schools who have not selected their own tickets by the deadline will need to come to Ticket Exchange after receiving their registration packet. Tickets are available on a first-come first-served basis. Shows may sell out! Once a show sells out, the ticket link will go inactive, which means an alternate must be chosen.

If you want in-person assistance navigating BookTix, Drew will be available during LeadCon 2 on Saturday, January 9, 2027.

Tickets will be sorted and included in the Troupe Director’s packet for pick up at Thespian Conference registration. Directors should receive a confirmation email from BookTix. If a confirmation email has not been received please check your SPAM filter. If a problem still persists, email drew.doss@gathespians.org.

Changes to ticket orders will not be made prior to Thespian Conference. If changes need to be made, a Ticket Exchange table will be available for directors to switch tickets. The Ticket Exchange table will be open Thursday, February 4, 2027, through Saturday, February 6, 2027.

 

INCENTIVE

Troupe Directors who attend LeadCon 1 will receive priority access ticketing. In order to qualify, you must attend in-person for LeadCon 1 on September 12, 2026. Attendance will be taken at LeadCon. For these qualifying Troupe Directors, the Show Ticket Selection Process will open early on Sunday, January 10, 2027, at 9:00 AM allowing them to select their tickets before the general ticket release. The Troupe Director of record with EdTA MUST be the representative in attendance at LeadCon. No exceptions will be made if the Troupe Director cannot attend!
